Treatment Philosophy
I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and that both should be treated with the same level of care. I am committed to working with my patients to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs. I believe that medication can be an effective treatment for some mental health conditions, but that it is not always the only or best option. I also believe that psychotherapy, or “talk therapy,” can be an effective treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. I am committed to providing my patients with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their treatment. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and healthy life, and I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve this goal.
